Enterprise Risk Management

Being prepared is half the success

Risk management is the process of identifying, assessing and controlling threats to an organization’s capital, earnings and operations. These risks arise from a variety of sources, including financial uncertainties, legal liabilities and reputational damage, technological problems, strategic management errors, accidents and natural disasters.

Just as data science influences strategic decision making, strategic decisions can impact risk exposures in all known dimensions and may even trigger new, previously unknown types of risks, and of course, strategies succeed or fail largely because of the risks involved.

We advise executives and management on the main sources of risk:

  • Credit risk

  • Interest rate risk

  • Operational and anti-money laundering risk

  • Foreign exchange risk

In addition, and often overlooked:

  • Strategic risk

  • Reputational and behavioral risks

We are qualified before the Supreme Court of Paraguay as an Expert in the field of Enterprise risk management.
